No. A Webster pack is prepared by a pharmacy and organises medicines by day and dose time. MediRemind is an app for prescription records, reminders and medicines outside the pack, so you can use them alongside one another.
What medicines can I record outside my Webster pack?
You can keep records for medicines such as eye drops, inhalers, liquids, creams, as-needed medicines and separately supplied tablets or capsules, alongside your prescription information.
Can I keep eScripts and paper prescriptions in MediRemind?
Yes. MediRemind lets you keep eScripts and photographed paper prescriptions together in the app, and record repeat and expiry details.
Can a family member or carer help me?
Family Care lets you invite a carer to access selected information from their own device. It does not share every detail automatically, and you can choose what information to make available.
Does MediRemind require a pharmacy sign-in?
No. MediRemind is designed for patients, families and carers to use with their own pharmacy. No pharmacy sign-in is required.
Does MediRemind give medical advice or change my medicine schedule?
No. MediRemind helps you record information and set reminders based on the schedule you enter. It does not provide medical advice or change your treatment. Ask your pharmacist or prescriber if you have questions about your medicines.
