The founder story
Built for real family medication routines
MediRemind started with a simple observation: medication management is rarely only one person's job. Families, partners and carers are often the people keeping prescriptions, repeats and routines moving.
We built it so the same practical support could work for an individual, a parent managing a child's profile, or someone helping an older family member, with each person's information kept separate and easy to find.
What MediRemind does, and does not do
MediRemind organises medications, prescription records, repeat information and reminders. It does not diagnose epilepsy, recommend or adjust anti-seizure medications, advise on brands or formulations, predict seizures, or replace advice from your neurologist, GP or pharmacist. Any change to your medication, brand or timing is a decision for your treating team.

Timing matters more than with most medicines.
Many anti-seizure medications are taken two or three times a day, and are most effective when blood levels stay steady. Doses at inconsistent times, or a gap while waiting for a script, can undermine control that took months to establish.
Brand and formulation consistency can matter.
Australian research has found that anti-seizure medicine shortages are associated with increased brand and formulation switching. Epilepsy Action Australia advises people taking anti-seizure medicines to stay with one brand where clinically appropriate, and to discuss any change with their doctor or pharmacist. Managing a child's epilepsy medication
