Please include your device type (iPhone or Android), the app version (found in Settings → About), and a brief description of the issue.

• Subscription / billing questions , Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings. For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly.
• Account or data deletion , Email support@mediremind.com.au with the subject line "Delete my account" and we'll process it within 7 days.
